What to do when you cant sleep???

 Take a pill or no..if you ask me my answerr is NO--big NO for taking sleeping pills..i heve much better idea...no no i dont think you have to go in kitchen and try to find some food to eat...NO...if you think watching TV is a good idea my answerr is still NO..so what to do when you cant sleep..
Here is my  way for biting time and have good sleep later...hehehehe

/of course the Best is to have some good excercise such as good sex/ but if you are alone in bed as i am right now  ??????...LOL....this situation/me 55 old,alone,no partner for sex/ make me little unhappy  but i have good solution...

Last night was very helpful for me.
I have to admit that last night i learned more than in rest of my life!
And yes i am 54 ,and yes young man of 40 learned me,showed me how big can be man heart.not only hear but how man can have big,huge soul!
To clear something,i never thought that men have less capacity for feeling and love,but i was thinking that men can be cure mush easier and faster!
Last night,i talk with that young man/i know him more than year/,he is only 40 and he was talking me about his life,his relationship,his child ...
Its not fair of women writer when they only write about bed in men world...my dear feminist:evil can be everywere not only among men population.
If you ask me,i have much more better friends between men.

day was long,but now all seems so nice and i am in good mood!
i really like to spend my evening with friends on Msn!
only one problem,i think i have to many friends there!
Well,when i open msn i have to be in offline mode or to many friends will start to call me!
If i receve more than 10 calls all system there goes down,crashed,bum!wowwwwwwww
So i am staying in invisible mode ...lol.........
Few days ago i invited my new friend to join me on msn but he polite refuse,he told me he don't feel good in front cam!
I like to be in front cam/i think i still look good and way not show my face to my friends/
I would like to know what you think about cam and msn?
Why not use it to be in touch with friends.
You cant hurt anybody with it.
for sure its nicer to see with whom i am talking!
