For some shower or warm bath can help,but not for me.
No if i take shower i will not asleep at all,same with warm bath.
And even worse start to be if panic catch me ...and when i cant remove think about how early i have to stand up..for many years i have this problem once or twice a week..than i remember a tea which my grandma use to drink for good sleep.
Its not one of commercial tea,or popular tea its a common tea in my grandma homeland/grandma born in northeast Italy,near Venice!
Tea does not have nice taste or smell but its very effective and if you have problem with high blood pressure tea will help as well.
Tea is made from olive leaves,dry olive leaves.
To prepare this very healthy tea,you only need to buy dry olive tree leaves and add a spoon of it in cup of boiled water,wait 15 min. and drink it!
Its very healthy tea so we all can drink it and will help you for sure.
