The best medicine for depression is to prevent it.
But depression isn't body illness so we cant say if we eat more garlic we will prevent depression.
So what we can do to prevent depression.
All starts in earlier ages when we grow up.If we grow without love,if we don't feel support or if we are rounded with money and things we cant become strong person.
Only strong person, who know how to accept any kind of problems will be able to avoid depression.
There is few good tips how to avoid depression:
1.Try to find time to sleep no less than 6 hour a night
2.in the morning before shower take easy exercise for about 15 minutes
3.after main meal relax half hour
4.eat healthy food with extra virgin olive oil
5.don't forget to enjoy in your hobbies such as:cooking,reading,walking etc.
6.share love and don't forget to be open to receive love
7.enjoy in little everyday things such as:good food,nice glass of wine,cup of coffee
8.stay in regular contact with your friends
9.be active in any charity work will help
10.use professional help if you are in danger group
