blogging way to leave personal touch or copy-paste

I start blogging years ago when most of this days blogger were in drapers..for me blogging is the way to make net more personal,more human..blog is place where we can express our thoughts,our believes our little secrets..for me blog is not only place for earn little extra money...but i notice that lot of new blogger are running blogs only to earn money,most of blogger are in big competition to make better rank so they just copy-paste for all day long..at lot of blog i only can find news about celebrities,news copy-paste from yahoo or google..and yes if you write about Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie you will attract more readers,as well if you write about cosmetics,sport news etc.
Its OK to write about celebrities or about sport but from your own perspective not just copy-paste..i expect to find new approach about different subjects on blog posts..
