Well its not my intention to talk about that study..i only find it very true,here in my family is rule to have half hour sleep after mean meal..from my experience i can tell you that afternoon sleep is the best medicine for my body and mind..after half hour sleep ,or even less than half hour i am feeling so fresh,so full of positive energy!
To be open with my readers i must say that i adore afternoon sex...so i can share my positive experience with all of you,,,please friends lets try to find time for everyday afternoon sleep,15 min. will help you ,,,after few days you will feel much more fresh and strong for new adventures in your life!
